1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and StuvioLegal entity name to be confirmed (‘Stuvio’, ‘we’, ‘us’), which builds Brello. By using this website or Brello 1.0, the prototype Android app released as version 1.0.0 on 4 October 2026, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

2. Using this website

You’re welcome to read, share and link to this website. Please don’t use it in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, or tries to access systems you aren’t authorised to access. Good-faith security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.

3. Brello 1.0 is a prototype

Brello 1.0 is an early version of our software, offered for evaluation. It is installed directly from an APK file, isn’t distributed through an app store, and may contain bugs. It may change significantly, and features may be removed. It runs only on Android 8.0 or newer with a 64-bit ARM processor, and its speed and the quality of its answers depend on your phone’s memory, storage and chip.

Brello 1.0 has no sync, backup or export. If you uninstall Brello, or lose or reset your phone, your chats are gone, so copy anything you need to keep.

4. AI-generated answers

Brello’s answers are generated by language models running on your device. Models can be wrong, out of date, incomplete or confidently mistaken, and on-device models are smaller than the largest cloud models. When Brello uses the web, it cites its sources so you can check them, but we don’t control the content of third-party websites.

Please use your judgement. Don’t rely on Brello alone for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other important decisions. Check important information with a qualified professional or a primary source.

You’re responsible for how you use what Brello produces, including making sure your use complies with the law and respects the rights of others.

5. Open models and third-party services

Brello’s models are built on open models from Google (Gemma 4) and Alibaba (Qwen3), which their developers release under the Apache License 2.0. The model files download to your phone directly from the litert-community repositories on Hugging Face and remain under that licence, as our licences page sets out. Optional web search connects your device directly to third-party search engines and websites, which operate under their own terms and policies. Brello isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any of these organisations.

6. Brello Super Intelligence

Brello Super Intelligence is in development and isn’t available yet. Additional terms will apply when it opens, and we’ll show them to you before you use it. A dedicated privacy notice will be published before anyone outside our team uses it.

7. Intellectual property

The Brello name, the orb and the content of this website, other than third-party material, belong to Stuvio. 8. Feedback
